I'm still trying to figure out the necessity of snow. I get it... ice keeps things cold, like your beverage or your frozen food. But why does it have to be on the ground? And why is it on this poor frozen kitty? This will be one of those questions I ask God one day. That and why all the other kids got CD players when I still had a Walkman cassette player.
Anyways, all this cold has got me thinking about that lovely season that falls right after that icky, cold, blustery frigid one... spring! Not only does spring mean the snow starts to melt, people become caught up in love, and that my birthday falls in there somewhere, but it means that things are GREEN again. No more shielding our eyes from the glare of the sun on the bright snow, or sloshing through the couple inches of slush the city just couldn't make a shovel or plow move away, but wonderful glorious grass! All of this inspired me to create a new design for my Etsy shop called The Grass is Greener. Now for some shameless plugging! Here's a little sneak peak:

So how do you get this 20% off, you ask? Well, all you have to do is 1 of 2 things: 1.) Post a comment to this post saying how you've been beating the cold or 2.) Post a comment to this post letting me know what you think of my new design. Easy enough, eh? When you're ready to place your order, just visit the Etsy tab at the top of the page and drop me a line at my shop.
Well, that's all folks. As I am getting old at the ripe age of 23, I need to get a head start on bedtime as I will be getting up at 5:30am to hopefully beat the snow storm we're supposed to get tonight. And by beat, I mean drive 35mph all the way to work on the highway. Have a good night!
